About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Finix, you will own the complete sales process from discovery to close. You will engage with top executives such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP/Director level leads while working closely with cross-functional teams to refine customer strategy and drive revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for large and enterprise software companies.
- Develop and nurture relationships with top-level executives and decision makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to team projects and sales process improvement initiatives.
- Work with Advisory Service, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.
Who You Are
You are a driven, proactive, and strategic negotiator who consistently exceeds targets and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You bring energy and a positive attitude while continuously improving processes and closing deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in consultative SaaS selling or business development with technical products.
- 1+ years experience in fintech, ideally in selling payments to ISVs or software platforms.
- Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools.
- A strong desire to grow within Finix.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $125,000/year to $150,000/year + equity + benefits. Total On-Target-Earnings: $250,000/year to $300,000/year. Salary ranges vary based on role, level, and location with headquarters based in San Francisco, CA.
