About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Finix, you will own the complete sales cycle from discovery to close. With a consultative approach alongside the Advisory Service Team, you will engage with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, and VP/Director level leads. Your responsibilities will also include advising on customer strategies and contributing to revenue initiatives, particularly within the strategic and enterprise SaaS sector.

You Will

  • Manage the full sales cycle for large and enterprise software companies.
  • Develop executive relationships and maintain cross-functional feedback loops.
  • Contribute to improving sales process, playbooks, and product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Advisory Service, Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams for customer success.

You Are

  • Results-driven and consistently exceeds targets.
  • A go-getter with a bias for action in ambiguous situations.
  • Proactive in process improvement and developing best practices.
  • A strategic negotiator passionate about closing deals.
  • Energetic and inquisitive about prospect needs.

You Have

  • Proven track record exceeding sales targets.
  • 5+ years in a consultative SaaS selling environment and 1+ years in fintech.
  • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Suite, and other sales tools.
  • A strong desire to grow within Finix.

Role: Account Executive III/IV | Level: IC3/4 Location: Remote Base Salary Range: $125,000/year to $150,000/year plus equity and benefits Total On-Target-Earnings: $250,000/year to $300,000/year Salary ranges reflect targets for new hires at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
