Your mission

Drive Fincome client success, retention, and expansion, and transform our client base into our most powerful growth lever. As a key role within the Client Success Partner team, you will support our clients in their revenue intelligence strategy via the Fincome platform. You will lead the implementation and support of clients in our FR/EU market (SaaS companies with €5M to €100M ARR) during the launch of their new revenue analytics software. Your role is to make Fincome a critical tool for Finance, Executive, and GTM teams.

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive impeccable onboarding projects: deliver structured, on-time deployments with clear milestones and measurable activation goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and KPI alignment: validate revenue logic and ensure a reliable single source of truth across systems.
  • Develop adoption and usage: monitor usage (CSM health), increase depth of feature usage, and make Fincome an integrated tool in weekly/monthly business routines (= Fincome North Star).
  • Build lasting client relationships: create strong, multi-stakeholder alignment with CFOs, controllers, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead structured performance reviews: conduct QBRs focused on measurable results (retention, expansion, forecast accuracy).
  • Proactively manage risks: identify early churn signals and execute action plans before impact materializes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: share client insights with Product and GTM teams to strengthen positioning and roadmap.
  • Maintain rigorous account hygiene: keep CRM, health scores, and action plans updated with discipline.
  • Continuously improve processes: document best practices, optimize playbooks, and elevate the CSP execution level.

You will thrive at Fincome if you have

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio primarily composed of mid-market clients (€5M to €50M ARR).
  • Proactive approach to client management.
  • Aptitude for a results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely express ideas through data, both written and oral.
  • Strong interest in the SaaS industry, finance, and particularly revenue analytics.
  • Professional English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
