Media Buyer
Finanzen France, a subsidiary of the German company Finanzen Gmbh present in 5 European countries and a leader in digital performance marketing in finance/insurance, is seeking a Traffic Manager to effectively manage various acquisition channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be involved throughout the planning, deployment, implementation, and performance monitoring of prospect acquisition campaigns.ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Traffic Manager / Media Buyer, you are the engine of our lead generation. Your primary mission is to drive our entire online acquisition ecosystem, from strategy definition to granular results analysis, in order to maximize ROI.MAIN MISSIONS
Budget Management and Strategy- Manage and optimize online acquisition marketing budgets.
- Define budget allocation per channel based on performance objectives.
- Create, configure, and manage campaigns on key platforms:
- SEA: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Bing.
- Social Ads: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn.
- Native Ads: Taboola, Outbrain.
- Monitor daily KPIs (CPL, CPC, CPM, ROAS) by product, channel, and campaign.
- Produce regular reports and transform data into concrete recommendations.
- Manage a continuous conversion optimization process (A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages).
- Actively collaborate with IT teams (tracking/feeds), Design (creative briefs and assets), and Sales (monitoring lead quality).
- You have a strong creative sense to design impactful advertisements and challenge visuals to maximize audience engagement.
- Identify and test new traffic sources (Display, Video, emerging Social Networks).
- Stay updated on technological advancements in algorithms, AI, and tracking tools.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Experience- Minimum three years of experience in performance campaign management, ideally in a marketing agency.
- Proficiency in SEA (Google Ads, Bing) and Social Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in analysis tools (Superset, Looker Studio) and Microsoft Excel.
- Higher education, Bac +4 to Bac +5 (Business School or Digital Marketing Master's degree).
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
