Working Student Business Operations Technical

About the Role

As a Working Student in Business Operations with a technical focus on networks, you will gain practical experience alongside your studies. This role offers diverse activities to expand your skills in budget management, data analysis, and reporting. The Network department is responsible for the data network and firewall environment for our clients, which is fundamental to the operational capability of our clients' application landscapes. This network is regularly audited internally, externally, and by clients. We are seeking support to assist with all activities related to these audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizational support for audits.
• Ensuring that agreed-upon measures are processed in a timely manner by specialists.
• Reporting the current status of all open audit measures to department management.
• Activities to ensure the auditability of the department, such as ensuring compliance with written regulations.

What We Expect

• Studies in Business Administration/Law with a technical interest, or technical studies with an interest in Business Administration/Law.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, and digital processes.
• First experiences with Artificial Intelligence and data-driven work are desirable.
• Structured and proactive work style, with motivation to learn new topics.
• Weekly working hours preferably of 20 hours, spread over 5 days.
• Desirable: Presence on-site at the Haar location once a week; all other 4 days can be worked from home.
