The Role
As an Account Development Representative, CEMEA in the Professional division, you will join the CRM team to onboard and drive engagement with first-year group subscription clients in the Continental Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will work closely with CRMs, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure clients gain maximum value from FT access while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and rollout plans for new clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and surface new commercial contacts.
- Build trusted client relationships and understand their strategic goals.
- Supervise usage and copyright activity to protect intellectual property.
- Provide product and technical guidance on FT content and tools.
Required Skills And Experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills over phone and video calls.
- Ability to uncover client needs and align FT solutions.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Data savvy with analytical skills; Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in Customer Success or a related client-facing role.
- Knowledge of the CEMEA region.
Desirable
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., French, German, Arabic).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools.
- Understanding of B2B subscription models or media licensing.
