We are looking for DevOps Engineers who are passionate, motivated, and eager to work on a next-generation core banking platform using modern technologies and the latest architectural approaches. You will contribute to building scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure environments that power Fimple’s global operations.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Ability to understand technical documentation in English and prepare SDLC-related documentation.
- Working knowledge of modern DevOps tools, open-source technologies, and cloud ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Rancher, OpenShift, or similar orchestration/cluster management tools is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Proficiency in managing and scaling Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and MinIO in production environments
- Advanced Linux/Unix systems knowledge and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go)
- Ability to review and validate software releases, pipelines, and infrastructure components.
- Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of security, vulnerability assessment, and best practices for cloud-native environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to support a smooth SDLC and release lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-level DevOps architecture
- Implement and manage development, testing, automation, and infrastructure processes.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines across environments.
- Configure, manage, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments using modern orchestration tools.
- Deploy and maintain Redis, Kafka, and MinIO systems with a focus on high availability and performance
- Automate operational processes wherever possible to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Define and improve DevOps workflows, deployment strategies, and release processes.
- Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor system performance and implement observability best practices.
- Deploy and maintain security controls, perform vulnerability assessments, and mitigate identified risks.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to foster a strong DevOps culture across the organization
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve system robustness and scalability.
