We are very excited to grow our Talent team! We’re looking to hire an expert Technical Recruiter to support the growth of Figma’s Engineering organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting efforts and processes.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions
- Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent
- Develop a deep understanding of Figma’s business and products and communicate this effectively with candidates
- Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics
- Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Proven success sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategies
- Extensive experience and expertise within engineering communities and emerging technical trends
- Experience collaborating with functional leaders and cross-functional partners to navigate complex offer scenarios and resolve candidate objections
Bonus points if you have
- Prior experience in analytics recruiting
- Experience using Figma’s products
- A team-first mentality, embracing learning, growing, and shared success with recruiting colleagues
- Experience using Gem and Greenhouse

Pay Transparency and Benefits
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has an annual base salary range of $102,000—$210,000 USD. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, market demands, and specific work location. Remote roles are localized to employee work location. Figma offers equity, competitive benefits including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave, mental health & wellness, generous PTO, company recharge days, learning & development stipend, work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. An annual bonus plan is also available for eligible non-sales roles.
