Solutions Consultant at Figma

About the Solutions Consulting Team
The Solutions Consulting team at Figma combines technical proficiency with business acumen to demonstrate the full potential of our platform to clients. As a Solutions Consultant for enterprise accounts, you will collaborate with Sales and other departments to develop and present strategic solutions that highlight Figma's value. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, delivering impactful demonstrations, and designing solutions tailored to customer objectives, ultimately driving revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in understanding its value through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Support the Sales team by addressing customer inquiries about the Figma platform and illustrating how it accelerates digital product delivery.
- Manage customer IT and Security relationships during the sales cycle, responding to security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, and addressing identity and enterprise-related questions.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and influence the product roadmap.
- Design and scale technical sales initiatives, fostering connections between customers, sales, and product teams.
- Develop informative content about the Figma platform for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine skills and execute daily tasks, embracing a culture of continuous learning and autonomy.
- Position technology effectively in presales engagements, establish success criteria, and lead customer evaluations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting within a SaaS organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing customer demands while balancing business needs.
- Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience.
- Alignment with Figma's core values and ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
- Demonstrated capacity for adapting to new technologies and learning quickly.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $152,800 - $296,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined by qualifications, experience, market demand, and location. This role offers equity, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement), parental leave, wellness programs, generous PTO, learning stipends, and more. Sales roles may include sales incentive pay, and eligible non-sales roles may have an annual bonus plan.
