Role Summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager AI to lead AI research and product development efforts. The role focuses on enhancing AI experiences both inside and outside Figma, raising design capabilities and democratizing design using AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of AI technology in design.
  • Understand designer workflows and use cases.
  • Define vision and roadmap for AI-driven user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science.
  • Partner with Engineering to set strategies and priorities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record shipping and iterating on impactful AI features.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scrappy environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI model training, evaluation and iteration.
  • Strong communication skills across different organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with start-up dynamics and scaling AI solutions.
  • Experience partnering with academic or research institutions.
