Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams from brainstorming and prototyping to iterating with AI. As Product Manager AI, you will directly influence AI research and product development, elevating design possibilities while making design accessible for many.

Role Responsibilities

You will focus on the AI experiences both inside and outside Figma and work closely with the AI Research team. Your impact includes:

• Building a deep understanding of AI in design
• Defining vision and roadmap for AI-driven experiences
• Collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Data Science teams
• Partnering with Engineering to set strategy and priorities

Qualifications

Required: 3+ years product management experience, proven track record shipping AI features, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience with AI model training, strong communication skills across levels, and prior work in startup environments.

Compensation & Benefits

This full time role offers competitive base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental & vision, retirement contributions, PTO, and more. Pay is adjusted by location, with specific ranges for Figma’s San Francisco and New York hubs.
