Role Summary
The Product Designer at Figma will shape how teams build together by turning ambiguity into clarity. You will work with engineers, PMs, and researchers to invent new ways for people to express ideas, share work, and design together.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall strategy and product direction
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and research
- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Ship high-quality product improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for software products
- Strong attention to detail in visual craft
- Fluency in interaction design and prototyping
- Experience driving design processes from discovery through launch
- Structured thinking and user-centered research skills
Nice to Have
Experience designing creative tools or systems that support collaboration.
Benefits & Compensation
This full-time role offers competitive salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, mental health support, PTO, and additional perks. The annual base salary range for US hubs is $164,000 to $294,000 and is adjusted based on work location.
Work Environment
This position can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. Candidates must be available for video interviews with cameras on and in-person onboarding if hired.
