Role Overview: Product Designer

We’re looking for product designers who are excited to shape how teams build together. At Figma, design isn’t just how something looks—it’s how it works, feels, and scales. In this role, you’ll turn ambiguity into clarity, push product forward with engineers, PMs, and researchers, and help us invent new ways for people to express ideas, share work, and design together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
  • Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
  • Create and iterate on prototypes, flows, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

Qualifications

Required experience includes 3+ years in UX and UI design for complex software products, strong attention to detail, fluency in interaction design and prototyping, and a proven ability to manage design processes from discovery through launch.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing creative tools, workflows, or systems supporting collaboration is an added plus.

This full time role can be held from one of our US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely in the United States.
