About Product Designer at Figma

The Role
As a Product Designer at Figma, you will shape how teams build together. You will turn ambiguity into clarity, push the product forward alongside engineers, PMs, and researchers, and invent ways for people to express ideas, share work, and design collaboratively. You will work on Figma’s diverse product suite including FigJam, Figma Slides, Figma Sites, Figma Buzz, and cross-product initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making for product direction.
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research.
- Create flows, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals and provide feedback.
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements.
- Participate in design critiques, mentor peers, and share best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of UX and UI design experience for complex software products.
- Strong attention to detail and visual craft.
- Expertise in interaction design and prototyping.
- Ability to independently drive design processes from discovery to launch.
- Structured thinking paired with user-centered research.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing creative tools or collaboration systems.
- Background in researching, prototyping, or developing products with AI.
