The Opportunity: People Analyst
Figma is looking for an experienced People Analyst to join their team. In this role, People Analytics collaborates with various organizational teams, including People, Talent, Finance, and Engineering. This is a unique chance to help design the future of People Analytics at Figma.
The ideal People Analyst will possess strong analytical and technical skills, business intuition, and a collaborative approach to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities. You will tackle diverse problems such as workforce planning, recruiting analytics, employee listening and research, and assessing organizational health and collaboration.
This is a full-time position available from one of Figma's US hubs or remotely within the United States.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to shaping the future of People Analytics at Figma.
- Build and maintain the technical infrastructure for People Analytics, covering database design, analytics tooling, and architecture.
- Design and develop data applications to support People Analytics across various use cases.
- Manage Machine Learning operations and deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Deep HR domain knowledge.
- Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language like Python or R.
- Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Presto, Hive, Spark).
- Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and/or forecasting.
- Excellent business partnership skills.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Background in I/O Psychology.
- Experience implementing LLMs/AI into workflows.
- Full-stack development experience managing web applications.
- Familiarity with Figma Design and the Figma platform.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

Compensation and Benefits
For those based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, the annual base salary range is $136,000—$260,000 USD. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, market demands, and work location. Remote roles are localized between 80% and 100% of this range.
Figma offers a competitive benefits package including equity, health, dental & vision, retirement contributions, parental leave, family planning support, mental health benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, learning & development stipends, a work-from-home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement. An annual bonus plan is available for eligible non-sales roles.
