Role Summary
As an Operations Program Manager on Product Support, you will own high-impact initiatives that span support operations, tooling, and process improvement. You will drive complex, cross-functional programs with a clear focus on scalability, efficiency, and quality. This role is pivotal in enhancing both internal specialist experience and external customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs from start to finish.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Support teams to improve tooling and workflows.
- Define scope, success metrics, milestones, and risks to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Support change management and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Utilize data and customer feedback to drive actionable insights.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate has a proven record leading complex programs, is experienced in Customer/Product Support operations, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. A high-ownership mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with support tooling or internal tools enhancement.
- Exposure to multi-language or global support environments.
- Experience with workforce management or vendor operations is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
This full time role offers an annual base salary range of $122,000—$178,000 USD, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, and more. Figma supports flexible work arrangements with options to work from one of our US hubs or remotely.
