Role Overview - Operations Program Manager
At Figma, program management goes beyond tracking timelines. As an Operations Program Manager on Product Support, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that improve support operations, tooling, and process improvement. Your work will impact both internal teams and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive cross-functional programs in Product Support.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Support teams.
- Define project scopes, success metrics, and milestones.
- Implement tooling, workflow, and process enhancements.
- Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements & Experience
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
- Experience with Customer/Product Support operations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain high attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with support tooling and internal workflow improvements.
- Exposure to global or multi-language environments.
- Familiarity with workforce management and analytics functions.
