Role Overview: Operations Program Manager
At Figma, program management goes beyond tracking timelines; it is about enabling scale, driving clarity, and delivering meaningful outcomes. As an Operations Program Manager on Product Support, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that improve the scalability, efficiency, and quality of Product Support. You will collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Legal, and Security to turn ambiguous problems into structured, actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs from planning to execution.
- Partner with technical and operational teams to deliver tooling and process improvements.
- Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces by defining scope and success metrics.
- Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Identify insights from support data and customer feedback to inform improvements.
- Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading complex programs, particularly in support or customer operations settings. Strong communication, influencing skills, an ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments are key. Experience partnering with technical teams and exposure to support tooling or operational workflows is an added plus.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers an annual base salary range of $122,000—$178,000 USD, equity, and a competitive package of additional benefits including health, dental & vision, retirement contributions, generous PTO, and more.
