Role Overview

As the Marketing Operations Manager - Campaigns, you will own and optimize the systems, processes, and data behind revenue-generating marketing campaigns. This role ensures accurate lead capture, scoring, tracking, and reporting for diverse demand generation channels including Events, Webinars, Paid Marketing, and Content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campaign operations across diverse channels.
  • Ensure leads are enriched, segmented, and timely routed to Sales.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to build automated, personalized outreach sequences.
  • Own the evolution of the predictive lead scoring model.
  • Continuously improve processes to maintain data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B software context. Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, Splash, Zuddle, Customer.io, Madkudu, Zapier, and Sanity is required. Strong analytical abilities paired with a deep understanding of the lead lifecycle and campaign attribution are essential. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and SQL, as well as familiarity with AI tools like Clay, will be a plus.

This full-time role can be based in one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely within the United States.
