Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant, Sales, you will support the VP of Sales Operations & Strategy and the Senior Director of Customer Experience & Solutions. You will manage day-to-day administrative and operational needs, ensuring team alignment and seamless communication across the Sales organization and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior leaders with calendars, travel, meetings, and emails.
  • Partner with leadership teams for operations and team cohesion.
  • Delegate tasks including expense sign-offs and PO approvals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across workflows.
  • Prepare presentations, key documents, and support cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a senior administrative support role.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
  • A commitment to fostering inclusivity and a positive work culture.

Bonus Attributes

  • Experience with Figma's product suite.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role is based at Figma’s SF or NY Hub, offering a competitive salary range from $122,000 to $215,000 USD along with equity, health benefits, retirement contributions, and additional perks.
