Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue with Enterprise customers. You will target, build, and nurture positive relationships with key executive-level decision-makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver innovative solutions across the product suite.

What You'll Do at Figma

  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of Enterprise accounts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to engage with decision-makers at large organizations.
  • Collaborate with executives to align Figma's products with business challenges and long-term strategies.
  • Develop strategic account plans and multi-thread at an executive level to expand opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to drive deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Engage in in-person meetings and networking opportunities to strengthen executive relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Several years of successful sales experience in a software or SaaS setting, managing Enterprise accounts (5000+ FTEs).
  • Proven track record in meeting pipeline generation targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies that create customer value.

Plus Points

  • Experience selling to technical audiences at a strategic level.
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery.

Compensation & Benefits

This full time role offers an annual base salary range of $165,000 to $190,000 USD (with modifications based on location), equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, generous PTO, and more.
