Role Overview - Enterprise Account Executive

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales and maximize revenue with Enterprise customers. You will build and nurture relationships with executive decision-makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Align with executives to address business challenges and promote enterprise-wide deployments
  • Develop strategic account plans through thorough analysis and multi-threading at an executive level
  • Manage a book of business, tier accounts, and prevent contractions
  • Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals forward
  • Leverage in-person meetings and networking to advance executive relationships

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of closing sales experience in a software or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to meet pipeline generation targets for net new business
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles lasting 6+ months
  • A sales methodology that creates genuine value for customers

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience selling solutions to technical audiences at a strategic level
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
