About the Role

The Early Career team at Figma is shaping the future by finding and nurturing the next generation of talent - Figma’s future leaders! You’ll join as a foundational member of the team working on all parts of early career, including but not limited to, recruiting strategy, end-to-end ownership of events, intern and full-time programs, and working cross-functionally across the team and company. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for interns and full-time candidates, ensuring a smooth, uniform, and top-notch candidate experience
  • Construct creative and inclusive hiring strategies to engage, source, evaluate, and hire top early career talent across Figma
  • Partner closely with leaders and hiring managers across technical and non-technical pipelines
  • Elevate our external partnership relationships, ensuring a first-class experience for all involved
  • End-to-end ownership of unique in-person and virtual events for candidates to envision life at Figma
  • Create strong and trusting relationships with all cross-functional teams including but not limited to Product Management, Engineering, and People teams (Workplace, BEI, Business Partners).
  • Own and execute full-time and intern program strategy in collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle early career recruiting and programs, with a deep understanding of the early career lifecycle
  • A track record for creating inclusive practices across all early career functions
  • Experience leading multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow-through on initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability in building or supporting both technical and non-technical programs from early stages
  • Expertise in planning in-person and virtual events from end-to-end
  • The ability to travel for campus, regional, and Figma hub events

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information. Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
