Role Summary
As a member of our Product Support Operations and Strategy team, the Automations & AI Specialist drives innovation using AI to elevate customer support. This role involves optimizing our Support AI chatbot, implementing AI tools internally, and streamlining automation across systems and processes.
What You Will Do at Figma
- Design, implement, and refine AI-powered support solutions.
- Own and evolve AI-driven workflows including chatbots and internal tools.
- Improve automation across Zendesk and Product Support tech stack.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, and Support teams on scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain critical documentation like playbooks and workflows.
- Contribute to the overall AI and tooling strategy.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess at least 3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, or support tooling in a customer or product support context. Experience with AI-powered support tools such as chatbots and Zendesk integrations is essential.
Additional experience in support platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Gainsight, Salesforce), agent assist tools, and technical skills in programming or scripting are considered pluses.
