Role Summary

As a Strategic Account Executive at Figma, you will drive sales and maximize expansion with a defined list of top-tier Enterprise customers. You will target, build, and nurture relationships with C-level decision makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver innovative solutions across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined list of strategic accounts to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize discovery and value-selling techniques with C-level leaders.
  • Align with executives on business challenges and deployment opportunities.
  • Create strategic account plans through detailed analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to position Figma and drive success.
  • Advance executive relationships via meetings and networking.

Skills & Experience

Experience in closing sales for software/SaaS, managing intricate sales cycles, and engaging with top-tier enterprise customers is essential. Proficiency in sales methodologies and building C-level relationships is required. Additional value if you have experience selling to technical audiences and certifications in deal qualification.
