Role Overview - Account Executive Strategic

This full time role involves driving sales and expanding opportunities with top-tier Enterprise customers. You will target, build, and nurture positive relationships with key C-level decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite.

  • Manage a defined list of strategic accounts to meet sales targets.
  • Employ discovery and value-selling techniques with C-level executives.
  • Create strategic account plans and align with business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
  • Leverage in-person meetings and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Applicants should have multiple years of experience closing sales for SaaS/software, targeting Enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs), managing complex sales cycles, and meeting pipeline targets. Proficiency in value-driven sales methodologies is essential.

Additional plus if you have experience selling to technical audiences in Engineering, Product, and Design or certified in deal qualification.
