Role Overview: Strategic Account Executive

The Strategic Account Executive will drive sales and maximize expansion opportunities with top-tier Enterprise customers. You will target, build, and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined list of named strategic accounts and consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Apply discovery and value-selling techniques to strengthen C-level relationships.
  • Align with executives to address business challenges and secure enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Develop strategic account plans through thorough analysis and multi-threaded engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Figma and drive deal progress.
  • Advance executive level relationships via in-person meetings and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience closing sales for software or SaaS business targeting Tier 1 Enterprise customers.
  • Record of meeting pipeline generation targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in a sales methodology that focuses on delivering customer value.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling solutions to technical audiences, including Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery is a plus.
