Role Overview

As an Account Executive, Mid-Market at Figma, you will drive sales and maximize revenue by targeting, building, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. You will use discovery techniques and thoughtful analysis to formulate account plans, manage complex sales cycles, and drive innovative solutions across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of Mid-Market accounts from inbound and outbound activity.
  • Utilize discovery and value-selling techniques to engage key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with executives to align on business challenges and propose enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Develop detailed account plans and engage in multi-threading strategies at the senior level.
  • Work cross-functionally to position Figma effectively and drive deals forward.
  • Foster executive relationships through in-person meetings and targeted networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in closing sales within a software or SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (3-9 months) with a book of business.
  • Familiarity with value-selling methodologies and customer-centric sales strategies.
  • Bonus: Experience selling to technical audiences and certifications in deal qualification.
