Role Overview: Account Executive, Mid-Market
This full time role involves driving sales and maximizing revenue with our customers by targeting, building, and nurturing positive relationships with key decision-makers. You will understand complex business needs and deliver innovative solutions across our product suite.
What You Will Do
- Create and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts from inbound and outbound activity.
- Apply discovery and value-selling techniques with key decision-makers.
- Align with executives on business challenges and secure enterprise deployments.
- Conduct analysis to create account plans outlining priorities and initiatives.
- Manage a book of business and implement techniques to prevent contractions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deals forward and ensure customer success.
- Leverage in-person meetings and networking to advance executive relationships.
Requirements
- Multiple years of software or SaaS sales closing experience.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles (3-9 months).
- Established sales methodology that creates customer value.
Bonus Qualities
- Experience selling to technical audiences at the executive level.
- Ability to succeed in a changing environment with certifications in deal qualification.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary of $110,000 with equity, bonus plans, and additional benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, generous PTO, and more. Compensation may vary based on work location with opportunities for remote work or in-office presence at our US hubs.
