Role Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive at Figma drives sales and maximizes revenue by targeting key executive decision-makers in large organizations. In this full time role, you will build positive relationships, understand complex business needs, deliver innovative solutions, and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques with executive decision-makers
- Align with executives to address business challenges and secure enterprise deployments
- Develop strategic account plans through thorough analyses
- Manage an existing book of business and prevent contractions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive deals and ensure customer success
- Advance executive relationships through in-person meetings and networking
Requirements
- Proven experience closing sales in software/SaaS with enterprise accounts (5000+ FTEs)
- Consistent track record in pipeline generation and managing complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated sales methodology that creates value for customers
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to technical audiences at a strategic level
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
