About External Sales Consultant
Figame.com Travel Organisation is an ambitious, fast-growing travel technology company revolutionizing corporate travel management across Europe. We are seeking an External Sales Consultant to drive customer acquisition exclusively in Belgium.
Role Overview
In this role, you will build a performance-driven, data-informed lead generation engine. You will own the full demand generation funnel while working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners to scale our pipeline and fuel revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead a multi-channel demand generation strategy in Belgium.
- Design and implement personalized strategies targeting specific customer segments.
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack including CRM, email automation, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and develop robust reporting frameworks to measure ROI.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate to drive growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B growth marketing experience in SaaS, tech, or travel.
- Proven success in building scalable lead generation programs.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and pipeline generation.
- Hubspot knowledge is essential.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- A curious, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
