Fifty Mission Labs helps CEOs and CTOs turn data and AI into real commercial outcomes. We work at the intersection of strategy and execution — designing pragmatic operating models, making AI governance work in practice, and building high-impact data and AI teams across EMEA. We are a team who have done this in practice - not just advised on it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead AI governance and EU AI Act engagements across EMEA
- Design and implement practical governance frameworks
- Build AI inventories, classification models, and control systems
- Translate regulatory requirements into real delivery workflows
- Work with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, and legal
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in AI governance, risk, or responsible AI
- Strong understanding of the EU AI Act and related regulations
- Background in data, AI, or engineering (not purely policy/legal)
- Ability to operationalise frameworks (not just design them)
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus:
- Experience with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks
