Overview

The Ticketing Data Analyst will support data integration, quality assurance, report generation, technical support, and stakeholder collaboration for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticketing team.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the Ticketing & Hospitality Director, you will:

  • Support integration of ticketing software with internal systems.
  • Monitor and verify data quality, resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain data integrity by contributing to data quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights.
  • Create and distribute customized reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and precise reporting tailored to department needs.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to meet data requirements.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have 2-3 years experience in data management or integration, preferably with ticketing systems. Proficiency in SQL, experience with Power BI and data integration tools, and strong analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile project management is an asset. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish or French as a plus.
