Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Fieldwire by Hilti
Fieldwire by Hilti is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Hilti Austria team. This role is an opportunity to grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment. It’s ideal for someone eager to break into tech sales, learn from a high-performing team, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, driving top-of-funnel activity and creating a pipeline for our Account Executive team. You’ll use inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and industry research to connect with decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position Fieldwire as a valuable solution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Qualify and engage inbound leads from Freemium sign-ups, marketing campaigns, and current Hilti customers.
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
- Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at SMBs.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) data.
- Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Coachable, curious, and results-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.
- Fluency in both German and English.
