Your Role

As our AI Knowledge & Enablement Specialist, you will drive AI adoption across the firm by connecting people, tools, and knowledge. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Tooling & Knowledge Infrastructure: Craft and refine reusable prompt patterns and maintain a centralized AI knowledge hub.
  • Enablement & Adoption: Design and deliver tailored AI training programs and lead strategic adoption initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools.
  • Community & Culture: Moderate firm-wide AI knowledge-sharing sessions and foster the AI Navigators community.

About You

You are curious, comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone, and experienced in knowledge management, digital enablement, or AI adoption – preferably within legal or professional services. Fluency in English is required, and German is a plus. Creativity, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork are essential.
