Your Responsibilities
As a Legal Process Manager, your tasks include:
- Delivering scalable legal services to our clients
- Coordinating project tasks and workflows independently
- Defining and documenting processes and solutions
- Continuously reviewing procedures to identify untapped potential
- Supporting process optimization and streamlining overall workflows
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Strong process design, logical reasoning, and management skills
- Proven expertise in process management with relevant certifications (SCRUM, KANBAN, BPMN 2.0, Six Sigma as a plus)
- Excellent communication in both German and English
- A passion for working in a diverse, interdisciplinary team beyond traditional law firm structures
- A minimum commitment of 32 hours per week
