Your Role
As our AI Knowledge & Enablement Specialist, you will drive AI adoption, connect people with tools, and ensure effective use of generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Your responsibilities include:
- Tooling & Knowledge Infrastructure: Champion prompt engineering and craft reusable prompt patterns.
- Centralized AI Hub: Develop and maintain an AI knowledge hub with training materials and use cases.
- Enablement & Adoption: Design tailored AI training programs for various roles.
- Community & Culture: Lead firm-wide AI knowledge-sharing sessions and the AI Navigators community.
About You
You are curious, creative, and willing to step outside your comfort zone. With experience in knowledge management, digital enablement or AI adoption – ideally in legal or professional services – you communicate effectively in English (German is a plus) and thrive in interdisciplinary teams.
