Business Analyst Legal (h/f)
Fiducial Informatique is a software editor that designs and develops IT solutions for businesses, artisans, traders, and liberal professionals to help them manage their activities.
As part of a new position creation, we are recruiting a Business Analyst Legal (h/f) on a permanent contract in Lyon, attached to the R&D department where the Signature solution for notaries is developed.
Missions
Reporting to the Product Manager, within a team of 8 people, your missions include:
- Analyzing the business needs of notary offices and translating them into functional specifications for the development teams.
- Participating in the design and evolution of software solutions for notaries.
- Ensuring liaison between users (notaries, clerks) and technical teams.
- Contributing to documentation and internal training.
You will work in direct collaboration with the product teams (Product Owner, UX/UI), developers and QA, clients (notary offices), technical support, and the training department.
Qualifications
- Degree in notarial law or IT.
- 3 years of experience in a notary office or in the legal/business software sector.
- Knowledge of notarial deeds and office processes.
- Ability to write clear and precise specifications.
- Pedagogical, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and analytical.
