Position Overview
Fidelity National Financial is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, build, and support FNF-approved agents that streamline workflows within title, escrow, and corporate functions. You will work in a dynamic, data-sensitive environment by executing a prioritized backlog of use cases. This role primarily uses Copilot Studio, the Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent kit, and the Power Platform to turn real-world workflows into production-ready agents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to identify high-value workflows and translate them into agent requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct working sessions to map processes and define agent data accesses per FNF policies.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents including conversation flows and fallback logic.
- Utilize M365 Copilot Agent kit for consistent agent packaging and deployment across the enterprise.
- Create automation with the Power Platform for approvals, notifications, and workflow orchestration.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal/Compliance to ensure agents meet responsible AI, data privacy, and security standards.
- Implement QA processes including accuracy validation and versioned release documentation.
- Configure telemetry dashboards to monitor reliability, performance, and drive iterative improvements.
- Develop lightweight documentation and job aids to support pilot groups.
- Maintain a library of reusable components to accelerate future delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in enterprise software development (SDLC).
- Hands on experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent kit, and enterprise Power Platform.
- Strong communication abilities and capacity to translate business needs to agent guidelines.
- Experience operating in data-sensitive, policy-driven development environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate, legal technology, digital adoption, or organizational change.
- Experience with ALM/solution packaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Programming or related field.
- Experience integrating agents/automations with enterprise systems via connectors/APIs.
- Familiarity with responsible AI concepts, enterprise security, and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary potential between 100,000 and 150,000 annually. Additional benefits include health and welfare insurance, paid time off, and matching retirement and stock purchase plans.
