About the Role

The Vice President Asset Management Compliance at Fidelity Investments is a key role on the Alternatives Compliance Team. You will work with investment teams across all asset classes to ensure compliance with global regulations, investor requirements and corporate policies, thus maintaining customer trust and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the liquid alternatives compliance program and provide subject matter expertise.
  • Manage, support, and evolve the Alternatives compliance program.
  • Collaborate with Compliance Operations, Reporting and Data teams.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to investment teams and business leaders.

Expertise and Skills

Candidates must have extensive asset management compliance experience, with either 12+ years (Bachelor's) or 10+ years (Master's). Experience includes fund formation, operational, distribution and compliance matters in various asset classes such as hedge funds, liquid alternatives, private equity, and more.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance the Alternatives compliance program.
  • Support product development and new alternatives offerings.
  • Maintain compliance for Fidelity’s registered and private funds.
  • Assist with growth and mentorship within the compliance team.

The Team

The Alternatives Compliance team is part of Asset Management Compliance at Fidelity Investments and works closely with portfolio management, legal, risk, and operations teams to support and grow the alternatives business.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $125,000 to $210,000 per year, along with bonus and variable compensation. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, generous leave policies, educational assistance, and more.

Work Arrangement

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office.
