Overview
The Manager, Digital Asset Risk Management at Fidelity Investments plays a key role in protecting Fidelity and its customers. Working within the Fidelity Digital Assets Risk Management team, you will oversee key risks, develop business unit policies, and support critical risk management functions for the custody and trading platform while exploring innovative new products and services.
The Role
You will collaborate with business, technology, Compliance, and Legal teams to support product growth. Your responsibilities include enhancing risk programs, mitigating risk, and providing critical updates to management regarding risk issues, incidents and exceptions.
Expertise and Skills
- 2-5 years in Compliance, Risk, or Audit, with a capital markets background being a plus.
- Familiarity with Fidelity’s risk programs and business operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization is an advantage.
- Curiosity about blockchain and digital assets.
- Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

The Team
Fidelity Digital Assets is focused on providing industry-leading digital asset custody and trading services. The Risk Management team works on operational, technology, credit, and trading risks to support strategic business initiatives.
Work Arrangement & Compliance
This role is primarily hybrid, with associates required to work onsite every other week at a Fidelity office. Note: Fidelity does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
