The Role

As a Consultant, you will partner to drive projects tackling Fidelity’s business challenges. You will deliver discreet analyses and research, synthesize problems, and provide insights contributing to broader business conversations.

What You Will Do:

  • Break down and synthesize complex challenges.
  • Offer insightful business perspectives.
  • Collaborate with an all-star Fidelity Consulting team.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or financial services preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to generate business insights and practical recommendations.
  • Professional integrity and attention to detail.
  • Tenacity, intellectual curiosity and a team-oriented mindset.

The Team:

Fidelity Consulting ('FC') consists of around 100 top talent strategy consultants. The team tackles strategic challenges enterprise-wide and prepares its members for leadership roles while delivering actionable insights.

Work Arrangement: Most roles are hybrid, requiring onsite work every other week in a Fidelity office.
