About the Role: Client Support Specialist
This role is designed for individuals with 2-3 years of financial services experience. You will be involved in handling inbound calls, providing product and service guidance, processing transactions such as options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades, and ultimately fostering customer loyalty among high net worth clients.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary ranges from $46,000 to $75,000 per year, with additional package benefits such as bonus, comprehensive health care, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and educational assistance.
Work Arrangement
This role is primarily hybrid, requiring on-site presence every other week at a Fidelity office located in the Greater Chicago area.
Certifications & Requirements
- Series 7 required
- Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
- Broad knowledge of general financial planning concepts
- Proven client support skills
