The Role
The Business Analyst Consultant - FIA OCI/FIN Platform Team at Fidelity Investments supports multiple squad initiatives aimed at growing the core business and scaling technology. The role involves platform health and modernization of applications supporting the Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA) including carrier product launches, advisor compensation management, and FIN partner data integration and maintenance.
Responsibilities & Expertise
- Manage large scale technical programs and projects with multiple deliverables.
- Conduct business acceptance testing, validation exercises, and release management.
- Analyze business and technical processes to drive efficiency improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and designers.
- Leverage data analysis, SQL, and Snowflake experience for decision making.
- Collaborate with diverse partners across retail, workplace, and technology teams.
The Team
This role is part of the Core Wealth Platform Product Area and collaborates closely with squads across the Platform Area, Wealth Digital Experience, FIA, and Brokerage partners.
Work Arrangement & Certifications
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence every other week at a Fidelity office. Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
