About the Opportunity
Join Fidelity International as a Research Analyst in our Global Investment Research team in Mumbai. With over 50 years of experience, you'll contribute to building better financial futures.
About your Role
The Research Analyst will work within our Mumbai research team, assuming analytical responsibility for a portfolio of stocks and providing investment recommendations to Portfolio Managers both locally and globally. The role offers rotational exposure to different sectors and/or countries every 4-5 years for diversified experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze a list of approximately 25-30 stocks allocated by the Director of Research.
- Ramp up coverage on assigned stocks within 12 months.
- Utilize internal and external sources to form stock views.
- Maintain current ratings for each stock and publish regular reports.
- Communicate analysis through reports, emails, voicemails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Host company meetings for Portfolio Managers as needed.
- Provide an annual industry update and manage a notional paper portfolio.
About you
Qualifications include an MBA/CFA or a relevant degree with 3-5 years of industry experience. Strong financial analysis skills, excellent written and verbal communication, fluency in English, and a passion for the stock market are essential.
