Learning Design Consultant

Overview

The Learning Design Consultant role at Fidelity Canada offers a dynamic opportunity to design, develop, and implement training solutions using both traditional and digital mediums. Work on innovative eLearning, workshops, social learning, and more within a flexible hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training products.
• Provide technical support for the learning management system.
• Create engaging instructional materials for both classroom and web-enabled courses.
• Collaborate with the learning and development team on design consultations.
• Edit course materials and facilitate training sessions and meetings.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in learning design.
• Experience with a learning management system and eLearning authoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Assets include web development skills, graphic design, and course content development.
• Current work authorization for Canada required.
