The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for helping to drive organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption for our emerging lines of business. As a member of the Content Marketing team, you will assist in developing and implementing existing strategic plans that successfully contribute to our lead generation targets. Using a digital-first approach and a customer-centric view, you create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our defined customer segments and strategically nurture leads throughout the customer journey.

What You Will Do

  • Curate monthly edition of Fidelity’s investor newsletter, pulling from our existing library and pipeline of owned and licensed articles, webcasts, and investor tools
  • Manage and collaborate with external writers through detailed briefs to develop keyword-targeted personal finance articles
  • Support integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand-standards
  • Maintain content inventory as assigned by the Manager, Content Marketing and Marketing Operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure operational compliance in a highly regulated environment
  • Financial editing experience with the ability to explain difficult concepts
  • Familiarity with content management platforms (Adobe Experience Manager is an asset).
