Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst FCC is a technical expert responsible for examining, designing, and recommending application and operating system solutions based on business needs.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business teams to elicit, analyze, and document API and integration requirements.
- Define API specifications including request/response structures and data mappings.
- Support API design and lifecycle management and ensure compliance.
- Work with architects and developers to align solutions with Digital Client Onboarding platform standards.
- Continuously improve processes for better customer service and efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
A University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with more than 3 years in a similar role within Brokerage Securities or Financial Services. Strong business and IT knowledge with excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
