Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist focused on Google traffic to drive scalable acquisition and optimize ROI across key markets. Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
What you will do:
- Launch and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMax, UAC)
- Manage budgets and optimize performance
- Work with analytics (GA4, GTM)
- Test creatives and landing pages
- Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion
- Collaborate with product & CRM teams
What we expect:
- 1+ years experience in Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset
- Experience managing significant budgets
- Understanding of CPA / ROI / LTV metrics
- Experience in iGaming
