Group Chief Executive Officer at Fidel Group
Fidel Group is establishing a dedicated management structure for its Tier-1 region and is seeking a strategic leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of brands and supervise several local CEOs. This is a pivotal role focused on strategic leadership for managing and scaling an investment cluster across multiple markets, rather than an operational CEO position for a single project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Tier-1 regional strategy effectively.
- Oversee and manage the performance of 3-6 local CEOs.
- Control the regional P&L and ensure financial efficiency.
- Analyze key metrics such as Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), Net Gaming Revenue (NGR), Retention, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Investment (ROI), and Payback periods.
- Approve budgets and critical investment decisions.
- Define market launch strategies, including GEO prioritization and platform models.
- Standardize reporting and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) systems across the region.
- Actively participate in the hiring and assessment processes for local CEOs.
- Report directly to the board and confidently defend strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the iGaming sector (B2C operator).
- Proven experience managing multiple business units, brands, or regions.
- Deep understanding and insight into Tier-1 markets.
- Strong knowledge of local licensing frameworks, payment ecosystems, acquisition and marketing models, and the competitive landscape.
- Robust financial literacy, including P&L ownership.
- Understanding of in-house versus white-label operational models.
- Experience hiring and managing C-level executives.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability.
- Fluency in English, along with Russian or Ukrainian.
